Will I be bombarded with calls after submitting my details?+
No. We only share your information with the specific insurer categories you select on the form. You'll typically receive one call from a relevant, FSP-authorised broker — not multiple unsolicited calls from different companies.
How is my personal information protected?+
Your data is handled in full compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We use 256-bit SSL encryption on all forms, and your information is never sold to third parties or used for marketing without your explicit consent.
Do you provide financial advice?+
Compare-Cover is a lead generation and comparison platform, not a financial services provider. We connect you with FSP-authorised brokers and insurers who are qualified to provide advice and sell financial products.
How quickly will an insurer contact me after I submit?+
Most insurer partners aim to contact you within 24 hours of receiving your lead, during business hours. If you specified a preferred callback time on the form, they will aim to respect that. Response times may vary during peak periods.
Can I request quotes for more than one type of insurance?+
Absolutely. You can submit separate quote requests for each insurance type you're interested in. Many of our insurer partners also offer bundled discounts when you take out more than one policy with them.
